ABOUT ME

First and foremost: I love life! I often try to step out of my comfort zone, because it allows me to grow as a human being. 

I love martial arts, especially Judo and Brazilian Jujutsu. I home school my daughter, and she teaches me so many things that I did not learn when I had her age. I pursue training in Non-Violent Communication, Educative Theories, Shamanist, Energetics, BioDanza and Sociocracy.

WHAT I'VE DONE

I take ownership of projects assigned to me and see them through. I listen to project owners to know which features are required and which are wishes, and concentrate my time on the former. I question and interact with team members to find the best solutions to problems, while making sure that we follow best practices. In short, I strive to maximise the delivery of business value.
